EXTENDED SCHOOL CARE FOR K - 8TH GRADE
BCA's school day for kindergarten - eighth grade begins at 8:15 a.m. and ends at 3:20 p.m., but we offer early morning care and after-school care for those who need extended care beyond regular school hours.
For parents who need to drop off their kindergarten through middle school child(ren) before 8:15 a.m., we offer morning care that begins at 7 a.m. Morning care for these grades is held in the cafeteria or gym. At 8 a.m., children will then be dismissed to go to their classroom.
(There is no charge for morning care for kindergarten through middle school students who arrive between 7:45 and 8 a.m.)
After-school care for kindergarten through eighth grade begins after class dismissal, and students may stay until 6 p.m. We offer Extended Care packages for families who need this service. Please contact Admissions at 423.622.3755, ext. 12 for more information.

Infants - Pre-K4
For families who have children in the Infants - Pre-K4, we open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. Pricing includes academic training that takes places during morning hours as well as lunch and childcare. (Infants will receive lunch once they start eating table food.)
The Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 students who need to arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. will go to the Pre-K2 classroom and stay there until 7:30 a.m. At 7:30 a.m, the Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 teachers will pick them up from the Pre-K2 room and take them to their classroom. Please park in the back parking lot of the school and come in through the triple doors under the carport. A morning care giver will be there to greet families and take children to their classrooms.
Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 students will come back from lunch (included in weekly tuition) to their same Pre-K3 or Pre-K4 classroom and may stay as late as 6 p.m.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
We must respect the time of our daycare staff and ensure that children are picked up from BCA daycare by 6 p.m. For each minute past 6 p.m., we will charge $10 for the first minute, plus $1 per minute after that, per child, payable at time of pick-up, per our updated policy.
For example, if you arrive at 6:07 p.m. to pick up your TWO children, you will be charged $32 for late pick-up. Therefore, to avoid these additional charges, please ensure that you arrive by 6 p.m. to pick up your child(ren).
