MOney-earning programs for bca

Food City - From September through May, Food City offers shoppers the opportunity to support the school of their choice with each purchase made during the academic year. The program simply requires shoppers to connect their Food City ValuCard to the school's unique code. This one-time linking process then allows BCA to earn money from September through May. Download the FLYER for directions.

Publix - Publix Super Markets has a great program that will enable Belvoir Christian Academy to make money every time you shop at Publix. It’s simple! Learn more about signing up HERE.

Once you have completed your personal registration online, you may then give your phone number at time of check-out, and BCA will receive credit for your purchase. Do this each time you check-out at Publix.

Since the program’s inception, Publix has contributed over $36 million to more than 4,600 participating schools! It’s a wonderful opportunity to benefit every student at BELVOIR CHRISTIAN ACADEMY.

Office Depot - If you shop at Office Depot for your office or school supplies, BCA can earn 5% on every purchase you make. Have the cashier key in our school code at the end of each transaction, and your purchase will help us earn Office Depot Reward Certificates that we will receive quarterly. We use the Reward Certificates on purchases for our classroom and office supplies. Download the FLYER with the attached card/code and show it each time you shop at Office Depot.

Box Tops for EducationNew Box Top Collection Program and Incentives
Box Tops for Education recently updated its collection process for the Box Tops for Education label program that benefits schools.

In the past, families cut out labels that were on specific products, such as General Mills cereals, and pasted them to collection sheets. The new collection program no longer requires cutting or pasting of paper labels from products. You simply  download  the BOX TOPS app. on your phone, create a log-in and choose BCA as the recipient of the earnings, and from then on, you only have to scan receipts using your phone. It is much easier than the former collection process.

The app. will automatically detect any items that are part of the Box Tops for Education program, and give the monetary credit for each item. Once the receipt is scanned, the monetary amount earned from the receipt will show up immediately, or if there were no products detected, the app. will indicate that as well.

Learn more about the new phone app. program HERE!

Incentives for Students
Formerly, students who turned in a complete collection sheet would receive a non-dress code pass (or free ice cream pass for infants - PK4) with a limit of 5 per semester. To continue allowing students to receive credit for this collection process, we are giving a non-dress code pass to K - 8th students for every $2.50 worth of earnings that are scanned (free ice cream pass for infants - PK4). This is equivalent to the collection sheet amounts that had 25 labels attached worth .10 each.

Click HERE for a list of participating products.

Proof of earnings for BCA can be turned in two ways.
1. Download this FORM to log receipt scans as well as any remaining paper labels you may have.

2. Take a screenshot from your phone once you have reached the $5 level and email it to Emily Patton at [email protected]

We hope you find this process an easier one in which to support BCA. Since we started participating in the collection program, BCA has received over $7,500! Please help us to continue benefiting from this program by saving and scanning receipts!
