new student enrollment for infants - 8th grade
Thank you for your interest in applying to Belvoir Christian Academy. We encourage prospective families to request enrollment information as well as contact our Admissions Director to schedule a tour (offered weekdays between 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.)

Enrollment for Infants through Pre-K4 is finalized upon completion of the following:
- Online Enrollment Application
- Student Medical-Emergency form
- Continuous Enrollment and Joyful Response payment form (2 separate links to complete)
- $100 non-refundable application fee per child (one-time payment for new students only)
- Pay $100 fee HERE.
- Completion of the Administrative/Teacher Reference form completed by a teacher or an administrator of student's previous school (for ages 3 and 4, only if they have been in a previous school/child care)
- Copy of child's birth certificate (mother's copy is acceptable)
- Copy of immunization record (may be faxed from pediatrician to 423-622-0177, attention Admissions)
- Family meeting with Principal and child care director
Learn more about our Infants - Pre-K4 program. Children must turn three on or before Aug. 15 for entry into Pre-K3 (and be completely potty-trained), and must be age four on or before Aug. 15 to be enrolled into Pre-K4.
Summer Camp options are also available for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4. Children may attend in the summer months for consecutive or non-consecutive full-time weeks, even if they do not attend during the school year.
A supply fee of $55 is required twice per year. This fee provides for snacks and arts/crafts supplies. This is for ages Pre-K1 - Pre-K4 only. (Kindergarten - 8th grader teachers provide individual class supply lists, and students are to bring in required items at the beginning of the school year.)
Enrollment for *Kindergarten through 8th grade is finalized upon completion of the following:

- $100 non-refundable application/assessment fee per student (one-time payment for new students only)
- Student assessment administered by teacher of rising grade (scheduled through admissions)
- 5% non-refundable tuition deposit per student (K-8th grade)
- Pay $100 and 5% deposit fees HERE.
- Completion of the Administrative/Teacher Reference form completed by a teacher or an administrator of student's previous school
- Student's last report card and standardized test scores (K - 8th grade only)
- Copy of child's birth certificate (mother's copy is acceptable)
- Copy of immunization record (may be faxed from pediatrician to 423-622-0177, attention admissions)
- Family meeting with Principal
*For entry into kindergarten, children must turn five on or before Aug. 15. This date has been set by the state of Tennessee.
