Enrollment Checklist for 2013-2014
Your application is complete when we have received the following:
o Belvoir Christian Academy Application Form
o $50 non-refundable Application Fee per child (new students only)
o Administrative/Teacher Reference Form completed by a teacher or administrator of the student’s previous school
o Student’s last report card and standardized test scores (1s- 8th Grades only)
o Copy of the child’s birth certificate (new students only)
o Family meeting with the Principal, Frank Streufert (new families only)
Enrollment Process:
o $100 non-refundable enrollment fee per child (Grades Pre-K3 – Pre-K4) OR $200 non-refundable enrollment fee per child (Grades K - 8th) is requiredto reserve a place for your child(ren)
o Child(ren)'s immunization forms
o Emergency Information Form
o Joyful Response Form, signed and dated
An enrollment decision cannot be made unless all of these are turned in. Promptness is required in order for us to make a timely decision on your behalf.
