Applying to BCA

Thank you for your interest in applying for BCA. Below you will find links to the required enrollment forms. If you have any questions, or would like more information, please contact Emily Patton in Admissions and Development at 423.622.3755, ext. 18 or at admissions@bcalions.org.

Enrollment is finalized upon completion of the following:

  • Belvoir Christian Academy Application Form 
  • $50 non-refundable application fee per child (new students only)
  • Administrative/Teacher Reference Form completed by a teacher or an administrator of student's previous school 
  • Student's last report card and standardized test scores (1st - 8th grade only)
  • Testing for K - 8th graders - basic skills test for NEW students only
  • Copy of your child's birth certificate (new students only)
  • Family meeting with Principal, Frank Streufert

Enrollment Process

  • $200 non-refundable Enrollment Fee per child (K-8)
  • $100 non-refundable Enrollment Fee per child (Pre-K3 - Pre-K4)
  • Child(ren)'s immunization forms
  • Emergency Information Form
  • Joyful Response Form (tuition and extended care payment program), signed and dated by responsible parties
