Families with children in rising kindergarten through eighth grade may apply for financial aid through the link posted below. Financial aid decisions are made and disclosed once the student is officially enrolled, with application papers completed and turned in and the $50 application/testing fee and the $300 enrollment fee paid. Each decision is based upon the individual financial needs of the family from the household income and tax information from the previous year. Please note that there is a $48 non-refundable fee for the application process. For more details, refer to the documents below. HOW TO COMPLETE THE PARENTS’ FINANCIAL STATEMENT (PFS) ONLINE
Go to https://sss.secure.force.com/familyportal to enter the PFS online.
1. Create your PFS Online account with your email address and a password. If you applied for financial aid last year, simply login to the PFS Online as a Returning Family, using the email address and password you set up last year.
2. Begin a PFS for Academic Year 2017-18. You can log out of the PFS Online at any time, then return later to complete it.
3. After you have pressed submit, you’ll be brought to a payment screen. The fee of $48 is nonrefundable. Once your PFS is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn from the SSS system.
After you pay for and submit your PFS, you’ll have access in the PFS Online to a section called “My Documents.” You can upload the additional documents we require there. We will communicate our financial aid decision to you directly. To make our decision, we use the information from the PFS as a starting point. We also consider our school policies and practices, as well as the budget we have to offer each family in the way of financial aid.
